Service appointments can be made by contacting our team. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. Invoices not paid within the agreed terms may incur late fees or result in service suspension.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Secure pets and supervise children during service appointments.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services if conditions are unsafe or violate these Terms.

However, unless stated in writing, we do not provide guarantees on service results, especially when related to third-party products or ongoing maintenance conditions outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Clear Pools & Spas, LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products. Our total liability in any matter related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service rendered.
